Materials Accepted - Office Programs
Mixed Paper includes all papers such as copy
machine paper, register rolls,computer paper, newspaper, magazines,
brochures, file folders,craft paper, phone books, envelopes, color
paper, junk mail, and small amounts of flattened cardboard.
Mixed Containers includes glass bottles of any shape or size, aluminum
cans,steel and tin cans, and plastic bottles, usually combined as
a mixed load.

Stations - Basic Program
We can collect up to 4 locations at your
business for the same service charge, from inside your office
between
9:00am - 3:00pm, or at any other location if you would rather
not have our staff in your office during business hours.
If bins are to be placed on different floors, there may be a small
additional charge.

We
are pleased to now offer two styles of 32-gallon receptacles,
in addition to our larger 64-gallon carts.
One
32-gallon is more attractive (Triple R Can) and the other
fits better in tight spaces (Rubbermaid).
Please specify which receptacles you would like at the beginning
of new service.

Our 32-gallon Rubbermaid bins
are designed for offices with limited space, but still hold up
to about 100 pounds of paper each. They are tail and narrow, and
are ideal for placement near copy machines and against walls.
They are a dark green color.
The other option, Triple R Cans,
are round, were designed specifically for recycling, have our
company logo and phone number embossed on them, and are brilliant
blue so that employees will readily identify them as recycling
bins. If you have the space, these bins look great !
The 64-gallon carts are very attractive,
also designed for recycling, and hold a larger quantity of material
for those high volume locations. Most offices do not have space
for the carts, but they are ideal for warehouses, large offices,
and high volume businesses.
We can give you the following number of bins for the same base
set-up rates.
All rates and additional charges for additional bins :
32-gallon Rubbermaid Bins: We will supply up to
6 without additional charge
32-gallon Triple R Cans: We will supply up to 5 without additional
charge
64-gallon Carts: We will supply up to 3 without additional charge
More or larger receptacles means
fewer collections and less cost to you, so you should always look
for space for more or larger receptacles before you decide you need
more collections. Generally, we will try to set you up with as many
receptacles as you need in order to cut down on your collection
costs. Someone will contact you before setup to determine the number
of bins you will need.
Locations
of Bins
Each location should have at least one or two of our 32-gallon recycling
receptacles for mixed paper, or one 64-gallon cart. The best locations
for these bins are copy machine areas or common desk areas where
there is high traffic.If you have a kitchenette or eating area,
you may also choose to set up a 30-gallon receptacle for mixed containers.
All receptacles are well labeled for easy identification by your
staff.
Service Fees and Collection Frequency
- Basic Base-Rate Program
The following are service charges and collection frequencies for
an organization based on 25+ staff members:
Collection: Every other week (usually offices 15-50 people) $79/month
for up to 3 recycling stations with a total of up to five or six
32-gallon bins or three 64-gallon carts. - Base-Rate Setup
Collection: Weekly (usually offices over 50 people) $109/month for
up to 3 recycling stations with a total of up to five or six 32-gallon
bins or three 64-gallon carts. - Base-Rate Setup
In most cases, our service charges are standard at $45/monthly,
$79/bimonthly, and $109/weekly. See below for larger programs and
other special options.
You have the option of selecting any collection frequency that you
think you need at your organization In many cases, a customer will
start with fewer pickups and call us if they need more. Once you
are set up for recycling, changing the collection schedule is as
simple as a phone call. We have given you service charge options
so that you will know what your program will cost if you do increase
the collections.
 Tip:
Use the blank sides of scrap paper for notes and lists before recycling
the paper.

Additional
Service Options 
Generally, you will not have additional service needs if your
organization is under 50 people, because you will probably not
need to set up more bins or locations than the Base-Rate setup.
If you have a larger office, or you need to expand your program
in the future, the following are charges for additional bins
or locations;
Additional service fees for additional 32-gallon bins requested
beyond the 5 or 6 supplied at the Base-Rate Setup: $5/bin/month

Adding Other Businesses
If you are near other businesses in the same building which may
be interested in service, we can reduce the service fees for each

Service
Cancellation
We do not require a contracted period of service for our programs.
If you are not satisfied with our service, your program can be discontinued
at any time.
Monthly
Statement
A statement will be billed to you monthly after your first month
of service.

Destruction Service
Full Circle Recycling Company offers the most secure document
destruction service available at the most competitive prices.
We provide the following services for your destruction needs:
Shred bin

- Off-site shredding. The least expensive option.
Shredding at our facility is guaranteed within 24 hours
of collection. Our warehouse has 24-hour video surveillance
and is alarmed with police response. We supply a Certificate of
Destruction guaranteeing that all of your
materials will be destroyed within 24 hours of collection.
- On-site shredding. For customers who require
that materials be shredded within eyesight, we offer
shredding at your premises for an additional charge. Documents
are shredded immediately upon pickup in our truck.
